Why Declare Now? The Mathematics of Amnesty
Under normal compliance, late payment attracts heavy damages (up to 100% of arrears) and requires payment of both employee and employer shares.
**EEC 2025 changes the rules.** If the employee share wasn't deducted, you don't pay it. Damages are capped at ₹100 total for the establishment.

If not deducted earlier, the employer is exempt from paying the ~12% employee contribution.
